LIFE TRANSITIONS

Life transitions can be challenging and stressful, often involving significant changes in one's personal or professional life. Whether it's moving to a new city, starting a new job, ending a relationship, or dealing with a loss, transitions can be challenging to navigate. Clients often report feelings of loneliness as they navigate their new environments and are challenged to find meaningful relationships as they transition into their new life or situation.  Sometimes, we need the therapeutic support that Juniper can provide to adapt to the changes and become stronger on the other side. Remember to care for yourself during these times and seek help if needed.
