An Intensive Therapy Session may be the best form of treatment to help you or your relationship to move deeper into healing in a shorter period of time.
When you participate in Intensive Therapy, it is equivalent to receiving weeks of tradional weekly therapy in one session. Sessions are typically 4-6 hours in duration. The time of your session is determined prior to treatment beginning. Breaks are coordinated throughout the intensive to support you in your healing process. Multiple day intensives are also available and can provide a powerful transformation on your journey to a healthier and happier life.
